The production is based on molasses distillates, produced with a 45-plate Coffey still, in use since 1985. By obtaining the distillates from the lower plates of the column, the rum gains a fuller and more complex character, suitable for long aging. The maturation takes place over a period of 10 to 15 years in American oak barrels, giving it structure and depth. The rum presents itself in a natural color and bears the hallmarks of outstanding craftsmanship and quality.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: The nose offers intense aromas of raisins, honey, spices, and vanilla.

Palate: On the palate, it presents a complex flavor with notes of raisins, ginger, chocolate, tobacco, and spicy oak.

Finish: The finish is long, complex, and warm, with echoes of spices, oak, and chocolate.

Distillery/Bottler: Admiral's Rum is produced by St. Lucia Distillers, known for their expertise in rum production.
