The main distillery is located in Kambipura, about 20 km from Bangalore, and was built in 1987. Amrut primarily uses bourbon casks for maturation to optimally develop the flavors. The special climatic conditions in India favor faster maturation, which influences the character of their whiskies.

Facts:

Age

4 years

Country of origin

India

Product category

Whisky

Smoke

Non-smoky

Packaging

none

Product type

Single Malt

Volume

0.7

Alcohol content

60%

Distillation year

2022

Bottler

Original bottling

Bottling year

2026

Coloring

No

Cask strength or high alcohol content

Yes

Not chill-filtered

Yes

Allergens

None

Organic seal

No
