This independent farm distillery, founded in 2018, is located on the historic site where the Scottish poet Robert Burns lived and worked. The whisky is bottled as a single malt and offers a cask strength bottling with an alcohol content of 60.1%. It matures in a combination of first-fill bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks to develop an individual character. It is not chill-filtered and is free from coloring.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: On the nose, complex and harmonious notes of juicy apples, apricots, and grapes play with bright tobacco, roasted nuts, and freshly ground coffee.

Palate: On the palate, the whisky is full-bodied and complex.
