Their work at the Dornoch Castle Hotel whisky bar led them to start producing their own whisky in 2017, following a crowdfunding campaign. Today, under the Thompson Bros. name, they select single casks and small batches, give whisky further maturation and bottle it at their warehouse on Station Road.
