UNDONE No.5 Bittersweet Aperitif brings the bittersweet character of an Italian aperitif to alcohol-free mixed drinks. Orange, rhubarb, herbs and gentian shape its flavour profile, with sweetness and bitter notes in balance. Undiluted, it contains less than 0.3% alcohol and may contain residual traces of alcohol. It is not suitable for people who must or wish to avoid alcohol entirely, even in trace amounts.

For a spritz, combine No.5 with an alcohol-free sparkling wine alternative and an orange slice over ice. The bottle contains 0.7 litres.

The recipe contains water, invert sugar syrup, natural flavourings, citric acid, potassium sorbate and quinine, as well as the colourings Sunset Yellow FCF and Cochineal Red A. These colourings may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Once opened, the product should be kept cool and consumed within three to five days. Also follow the instructions on the packaging.

UNDONE was founded in 2018 by André and Mehmet. André brought experience from the spirits industry, while Mehmet contributed knowledge from the worlds of coffee and sport. The brand made its international debut in 2019 at Bar Convent Brooklyn in New York. Its products are made in Germany, and the concept was developed in Hamburg.

UNDONE's approach starts with alcoholic drinks: a patented process removes the alcohol while preserving their aromatic essence. Since alcohol also affects flavour perception, UNDONE adds acidity and sweetness to tailor the dealcoholised products for mixed drinks.
