Special features: This 12-year-old Caol Ila Single Malt Whisky was created by Murray McDavid, a renowned independent bottler, in collaboration with Wild Beer Co. After 12 years of maturation in bourbon hogsheads, the whisky received an 18-month finish in first-fill casks that were previously used for aging Imperial Stout from Wild Beer Co. This innovative cask combination gives the whisky a unique depth and complexity. It was bottled at an alcohol content of 52.3% vol. The bottling is limited to 1,502 bottles.
