Shipping costs / delivery times

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process.

For orders under CHF 150.–, we charge a logistics fee of CHF 10.–.

For orders over CHF 150.–, shipping is free.

Delivery Times

Our products are provided from various proprietary warehouse locations and different suppliers. Therefore, delivery times may vary depending on the product.

Many items have a delivery time of 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday). The applicable delivery time is displayed directly with the product and during checkout.

If an order contains multiple products with different delivery times, the delivery time for the entire order will generally be based on the product with the longest stated delivery time.

Even with careful planning, delays cannot always be completely avoided. Extreme weather conditions, snow, transport or traffic problems, delays from suppliers, or exceptionally high shipping volumes – for example, around Christmas or Easter – can affect delivery.

Should your order be delayed beyond the specified delivery time, we will proactively inform you.

For holidays or unusual situations, temporarily different delivery times may apply. We will publish corresponding notices on our homepage.

Shipping Area

We ship exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Shipping is usually done by Swiss Post – and sometimes even personally.
