Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey
Special features: This Irish whiskey is produced at The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, Ireland. It combines malted and unmalted Irish barley with Irish Barra oats, resulting in a unique, creamy texture. After triple distillation, it matures in first-fill Kentucky bourbon barrels, which impart sweet vanilla and caramel notes. A subsequent maturation in Oloroso sherry casks adds warm spice and fruit notes. It is bottled without color additives and without chill filtration to preserve the purity and depth of flavor.
