For this limited edition, the single malt matured for 11 years in a first-fill Cabernet Sauvignon cask, personally selected by cellar master Hans Terzer. This collaboration unites the complexity and elegance of a top wine with the characterful depth of Highland whisky.

Distillery/Bottler: Edradour is located in the heart of the Scottish Highlands near Pitlochry and is considered one of the smallest traditional distilleries in Scotland. Since its acquisition by Andrew Symington in 2002, Edradour has made a name for its handcrafted, partly peaty single malts, which are still produced with equipment from the 19th century. The collaboration with St. Michael Eppan brings a new facet to the range and showcases the versatility of whisky.
