Special features: This limited single cask whisky from the Isle of Raasay Distillery was bottled exclusively for "The Awakening Series 2025," created on the occasion of the first Whisky Live fair in Hamburg. It matured entirely in Pedro Ximénez Sherry Cask #21/1231 and was bottled at natural cask strength of 60.9% vol. This bottling combines modern craftsmanship with the rich sweetness of sherry and the unmistakable island note of Raasay.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Sweet sherry, dark raisins and dates, accompanied by toffee, caramel, and a hint of campfire smoke. There are also notes of chocolate, leather, and subtle sea salt.
• Palate: Full-bodied and velvety – rich sherry aromas of dried fruits, plums, and figs meet spicy oak, cocoa, and a fine trace of smoke. The high cask strength emphasizes the depth and complexity without losing balance.
