Nose: Fruity aromas of ripe apricots and dried figs, accompanied by a hint of cedar wood and vanilla.
-
Palate: Soft and balanced with subtle spicy nuances of vanilla and oak, complemented by floral undertones.
-
Finish: Persistently elegant and warm with a slight hint of cedar wood and a subtle vanilla finish.
Distillery/Bottler: Domaine Pasquet is a family-run business since 1730, located in Grande Champagne, the premier cru of the Cognac region. Jean-Luc Pasquet and his wife Marie-Françoise have been managing the 14-hectare vineyard since 1995 using organic methods. They forgo artificial additives and use native yeasts for fermentation, which gives the cognacs a distinctive finesse.
