Special features: This 11-year-old single malt whisky from the renowned Kilchoman Distillery on Islay is presented in an exclusive 100% Islay bottling. The barley used comes from the in-house Rockside Farm, and the entire production process – from cultivation to distillation to maturation – takes place directly on the island. For this special edition, the whisky was fully matured in former Oloroso sherry casks, giving it a unique depth and complexity.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Aromas of orange peel, dried fruits, gentle peat smoke, and sweet spices.
- Palate: Intense smoke paired with dark chocolate, honey, cooked apples, and malty sweetness.

Distillery/Bottler: The Kilchoman Distillery was founded in 2005 and is the first newly established distillery on Islay in 124 years. It is characterized by its 100% Islay philosophy, where all production steps are carried out on the island. This includes the cultivation of barley on the Rockside Farm, malting, distillation, and maturation of the whisky. This approach allows for the unique character of the island to be reflected in every drop.
