Special features: This limited bourbon from Michter's undergoes an innovative aging process: After traditional aging in new, charred barrels made of American white oak, it is transferred for an additional aging period in specially crafted barrels made from 18-month air-dried wood. These barrels are only toasted and not charred, which gives the bourbon a unique flavor nuance.
