Distillery/Bottler: Domaine de Baraillon is one of the oldest and most traditional houses in the Armagnac region. The Claverie family has been cultivating vineyards and producing Armagnac since 1748. Under the leadership of Laurence Claverie, who took over the family business in 2001, approximately 55 hectoliters of Armagnac are produced annually. The aging takes place in barrels made from local French oak, using both new and used barrels to enhance the complexity of the final product. All Armagnacs from Domaine de Baraillon are natural and bottled without the addition of water, coloring agents, or sugar.
