Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The nose combines ripe pineapple and mango with honeyed sweetness, vanilla, sweet oak, spices and delicate malt.
• Palate: On the palate, creamy caramel and vanilla meet bourbon-like sweetness, wood, lively citrus notes and delicate peppery spice.
• Finish: The finish is medium in length overall and pleasantly dry. Oak and warmth accompany a lingering vanilla note and a delicate citrus nuance.

Distillery/Bottler:

Bimber Distillery produced this whisky in London and bottled it there from ex-bourbon cask #413.

The distillery sources its barley from a single farm. It employs traditional floor malting and hand mashing, ferments the wort for seven days in wooden washbacks and uses small, directly fired copper stills. Maturation, marrying and bottling also take place at the London distillery.
