This series honors the people and communities that have shaped Scottish whisky history. The "Sweet Peat" offers a gentle introduction to the world of smoky whisky and was bottled on-site at the historic Speyside distillery.

Distillery/Bottler: The Coleburn Distillery was founded in 1897 and has a tumultuous history. After a long period of dormancy, it was acquired in 2004 by brothers Dale and Mark Winchester, who planned a comprehensive revival. Under the guidance of esteemed Master Distiller Keith Cruickshank and with the support of sustainable design experts, the distillery aims to resume full production by 2027.
