Special features: This bourbon from Ironclad Distillery Co. is made from a four-grain mash of corn, wheat, rye, and malted barley. After traditional distillation, it is aged for six months in barrels that previously contained pure maple syrup from Sweeter Creations Sugar House in Waddington, New York. This double barrel aging gives the whiskey a subtle sweetness and complex flavors.

- Nose: Warm aromas of burnt sugar, baking spices, and roasted nuts. A fine hint of maple syrup embraces vanilla and caramel.
