The maturation took place in a first fill bourbon barrel, which enhances its complexity. Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The nose presents balanced notes of caramel candies, pineapple cubes, dried apricots, gentle oak, candied ginger, lemon glaze, marzipan, and a hint of white pepper as well as café latte.
• Palate: On the palate, the whisky is velvety with full body, facets of malt, thyme, butter toffee, tropical fruits, dry oak, and gently warming spices.
• Finish: The finish is smooth and long-lasting with lime, honey mash, and roasted walnut.
