Special features: This 16-year-old Single Grain Whisky was distilled in 2009 at the Invergordon Distillery and bottled in 2025 by Duncan Taylor. After traditional aging in oak barrels, the whisky received a special finish in a so-called Octave cask – a smaller cask with a volume of about 50 liters. This method accelerates the aging process and intensifies the flavors. With a limited release of only 94 bottles, this whisky is a rare treat for connoisseurs.
