Special features: On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the legendary Nikka From the Barrel, this limited edition was created with a maturation period twice as long as the original bottling. It masterfully combines the aromas of Yoichi and Miyagikyo single malts with the finest grain whisky distilled in Coffey stills. This special marriage gives the whisky depth and complexity.

Distillery/Bottler: Nikka Whisky was founded in 1934 by Masataka Taketsuru, who is regarded as the father of Japanese whisky. After returning from Scotland, he established the Yoichi distillery, followed by the Miyagikyo distillery in 1969. Nikka is known for its masterful art of blending and produces both single malts and blended whiskies of the highest quality.
