Clan Colla 7 Year Old Panamanian Rum Cask Finish is a single grain whiskey that, after initial maturation in ex-bourbon casks, was then further matured in Panamanian rum casks. At 46% ABV, this whiskey is a Christmas celebration in whiskey form. It features subtle notes of vanilla, spicy baking mixes, dried fruits, and cinnamon.

The Ahascragh Distillery is one of the Emerald Isle's new distilleries. Husband and wife team Gareth and Michelle McAllister converted a disused 19th-century flour mill in east Galway into a carbon-neutral distillery powered by 100% renewable energy sources.
