Special features: This blended whiskey combines single malt and single grain whiskeys that have matured in bourbon barrels for between 7 and 10 years. The special aspect: After blending, it undergoes a double finish. First, the blend is aged in virgin oak barrels before resting in so-called NEOC casks – former Bordeaux wine barrels that have been specially toasted after emptying. This extraordinary barrel aging gives the whiskey additional complexity and depth. Each bottling is produced in small batches to ensure consistently high quality.
