It is aged in freshly used sherry casks from Jerez and bourbon casks from Kentucky, giving the blend a remarkable depth of flavor. Our collaboration with a long-established cooperage in Spain allows for the use of intense sherry notes, which are imported directly to Ireland. The whiskeys used are between 5 and 30 years old and combine classic and modern distillation styles.
