Special features: This Single Cask Rum was created in cooperation with the marine conservation organization Sea Shepherd, whose sustainable mission supports a portion of the proceeds. Distilled from a blend of molasses and fresh sugarcane juice, it aged for about six years in tropical conditions in rare Imburana casks made from Brazilian wild cherry wood, followed by a finishing in bourbon barrels on the mainland. The limited release consists of only 234 bottles.
