Special features: For this unusual Crab Apple Gin liqueur, locally grown ornamental apples are steeped in Bertha’s Revenge Gin for several months. This is followed by refinement with local honey, whole cane sugar, and cloves, before the liqueur is filtered and bottled. Some of the fruits come directly from the distillery's estate, Ballyvolane House, and from an ornamental apple grower in the Cappoquin area. The combination of gin and liqueur offers versatile enjoyment options, whether neat or as a cocktail base.

Distillery/Bottler: Bertha's Revenge comes from County Cork in Ireland. Founders Justin and Andrew developed the idea for this gin in London, inspired by the Irish tradition of distilling alcohol from whey. After many experiments and small batches, the distillery was officially launched in 2015 with the release of Batch No. 19. The unique whey base gives the gin its distinctive character and makes it the perfect foundation for this Crab Apple liqueur.
