Euphoria Absinthe 80

Volume: 0.5 litres | Alcohol content: 80% | Chill filtration: Yes | Colouring: No

Special Features:

Euphoria Absinth 80 is a particularly high-strength expression from the Czech brand. Its macerated recipe combines greater and lesser wormwood with anise, fennel, coriander, lemon balm, and slices of lemon and orange. A wormwood plant is placed in the bottle before filling. Beyond its decorative role, it also contributes to the flavour. The absinthe is offered at 80% in a 0.5-litre bottle.

Despite the high alcohol strength, the taste is smooth. The herbal base of wormwood, anise and fennel is complemented by the other ingredients and combines with a distinctly noticeable sweetness.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Sweet and herbal notes mingle on the nose.
• Palate: On the palate, sweetness and fresh herbs meet anise, fennel, coriander and the characteristic flavour of wormwood.
• Finish: The finish is distinctly pronounced and sweet.
