Special features: The Macallan Harmony Collection - Jing is a Scottish single malt whisky, produced at the renowned Macallan Distillery in Speyside. This original bottling comes in a gift packaging and has an alcohol content of 43.9%. The maturation takes place in a combination of sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks as well as ex-bourbon casks. This edition is inspired by the Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea, developed in collaboration with JING Tea.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The nose reveals summery fruit notes of peach and apricot, complemented by floral honey notes, tropical fruits, toffee, and sweet oak.
• Palate: On the palate, fresh peaches in syrup, warm citrus fruits, toffee, and light floral notes are present. Additionally, spicy cinnamon and creamy vanilla are noticeable, accompanied by notes of syrup-soaked fruits.
• Finish: The finish is long and warm, carried by honey and spices, ending with an elegant dryness of oak and a subtle tea-like finesse.

Distillery/Bottler: The Macallan Distillery was founded in 1824 by Alexander Reid and is one of the oldest licensed distilleries in Scotland. The Macallan Distillery maintains the highest standards, especially in the manufacturing and selection of casks.
