Special features: This 14-year-old single grain whisky from the renowned North British Distillery was bottled by Murray McDavid and received a special finish in casks from the Koval Distillery in Chicago, which were previously used for rye whisky. This unique maturation gives the whisky a special depth and complexity. The bottling is limited to 886 bottles and was bottled without chill filtration and without coloring.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Sweet and light with intense vanilla aromas, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a hint of spices.
• Palate: Sweet with flavors of coconut and vanilla, followed by a variety of spices such as ginger and black pepper. A slight oiliness and a sharp impression on the first sip, which changes with herbal notes like eucalyptus on the second sip.
• Finish: Vanilla and caramel with traces of honey and a light oak spice. A hint of cocoa and spices like ginger and pepper rounds off the finish, which later develops a slight bitterness.
