Special Features:

Two stages of maturation and the combination of aged rums with natural extracts define 327 XO Caribbean Elixir. Its base rums come from Guyana, Guatemala, Panama and Venezuela. The first maturation takes place in their countries of origin, followed by a second stage in Europe. Selected oak casks contribute to the blend’s character.

Alongside its fruity, sweet aromas, the blend offers subtle spicy oak accents and a soft, full-bodied texture. It is offered at 40% in a bottle containing 0.7 litres and comes in a presentation tube. The packaging features botanical illustrations. Enjoying it neat, over ice or in cocktails reveals different aspects of its character.

• Nose: Ripe tropical fruit leads the nose. Citrus notes provide a lively contrast, with vanilla adding a subtle touch.
• Palate: Creamy caramel and dark molasses combine with pronounced exotic fruit notes on the palate.

Behind 327 XO is Estonia’s 327 Spirits OÜ, which manufactures the finished Elixir spirit. During production, aged Caribbean rums undergo further refinement in Europe and are combined with natural extracts. Processing takes place in small batches. Estonian spring water is used to bring the blend to its drinking strength of 40%.
