Special features: The Barbancourt Rhum Blanc Haitian Proof 55° is produced by the Société du Rhum Barbancourt S.A. in Haiti. It is an Rhum Agricole made entirely from pure sugarcane juice of the variety "Madame Mevs". The traditional double distillation takes place in copper pot stills, followed by aging in Limousin oak barrels. The rum is bottled at cask strength, is uncolored and not chill-filtered. This production method preserves the characteristic aromas of the rum.
