Special features: This rum is distilled from high-quality sugarcane molasses from Guyana and then matures for at least four years in original Pedro-Ximénez sherry casks from Andalusia. These casks, freshly emptied and still moist from the last sherry, give the rum a distinctive sweetness and depth.

- Nose: Candied fruits, plums, raisins, dark chocolate, and oak.
- Palate: Sweet and smooth with plums, cocoa, dates, berries, caramel, vanilla, and roasted nuts.
- Finish: Medium-long, fruity-sweet, and pleasantly warm.
