Special features: This white rum from the JM distillery in Martinique is completely distilled from freshly pressed sugarcane juice and does not undergo barrel aging. With its high alcohol content of 50%, it is excellent for preparing cocktails and long drinks, where the characteristic freshness and purity can unfold optimally.

Distillery/Bottler: The JM distillery is one of the most traditional producers of Rhum Agricole in Martinique. Founded in 1845, the distillery places great importance on the use of freshly harvested sugarcane and gentle distillation to best preserve the natural freshness and aroma of the sugarcane. The production follows the strict guidelines of the French AOP standard (Appellation d’Origine Protégée) for Martinique rum.
