Special features: This rum from Panama aged for seven years in former bourbon barrels and then received a 15-month finish in Ruby Port wine barrels from Portugal. Sugar addition is deliberately avoided, and the barrels are completely emptied before filling to keep the sugar content below 5 g/liter.
