Special features: This rum comes from the Paute Valley in Ecuador, which is located at an altitude of about 2,000 meters and is characterized by a subtropical climate. The Destilería Zhumir, one of the oldest distilleries in the country, produces Ron Canuto in small batches. The blend consists of rums aged for at least seven years, which mature in American white oak barrels. Before bottling, there is an additional aging phase of one to two months to harmoniously blend the flavors. Each bottle is hand-numbered and signed by the Master Distiller.
