Takamaka Extra Noir Rum
Special features: The rum comes from the Seychelles distillery Trois Frères, which has been producing high-quality premium rums on the island of Mahé since 2002. The production uses both freshly pressed sugarcane juice and molasses, which are distilled in pot and column stills. The aging takes place in charred casks, giving the rum its characteristic dark color and depth.
