Special features: This powerful rum from the Seychelles combines the best of sugarcane juice and molasses distillates. The handcrafted blend of pot still rum from sugarcane juice, aged two to four years in new French oak casks, and column still rum from molasses, aged three years in bourbon barrels, is complemented by an eight-year-old Foursquare rum. Batch 3 completely forgoes added sugar, chill filtration, and colorants, which particularly emphasizes its authentic character.

  • Palate: Soft honey-like sweetness combines with hints of tobacco, vanilla, and fine orange peel.

Brothers Richard and Bernard d’Offay use pure mountain spring water and regional sugarcane to create the first premium rum of the Seychelles.
