Special features: The Real McCoy 3 y.o. is a tribute to Bill McCoy, a legendary rum pioneer of the Prohibition era, who was the first to legally sell his rum from a sailboat in international waters. The rum is produced at the renowned Foursquare Distillery in Barbados, in small batches and without the addition of sweeteners or chemical stabilizers. It is aged in heavily charred American bourbon barrels (“Heavy Char”) and is lightly decolorized before bottling through charcoal filtration, preserving its characteristic complexity.
