It was bottled at cask strength with an alcohol content of 52.6%. The bottling is limited to 2,628 bottles and is presented in an elegant tube. The whisky is neither chill-filtered nor colored, preserving its natural depth and complexity.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Intense aromas of black pepper, accompanied by floral notes and a hint of earth and bread.
• Palate: Vibrant flavors of caramelized peach, toffee apple, and a spicy note. Creamy, waxy sweetness with white pepper, orange peel, marzipan, and floral notes. Tropical fruits, apricot pastry, and baking spices like ginger, allspice, and nutmeg. Strong sherry influences. Complex and well integrated.
• Finish: A long-lasting, warming finish with subtle oak notes and a hint of caramel.

Distillery/Bottler: The Zuidam Distillery is one of the last independent distilleries in the Netherlands, producing and processing all its distillates and extracts in a traditional manner within its family business.
