Special features: This French single malt comes from the Celtic Whisky Distillery on the Breton coast, where distillation has been carried out with great craftsmanship and Celtic tradition since 1997. The distillation takes place in direct-fired copper pot stills, which give the whisky a characteristic depth. The maturation in bourbon casks expresses a harmonious balance between maritime notes and sweet aromas.
Tasting Notes:
Distillery/Bottler: The Celtic Whisky Distillery is located on the Pleubian Peninsula in Brittany, France. Since 1997, whiskies with a strong connection to Celtic culture and the rugged coastal landscape have been produced here. The distillery uses direct-fired copper pot stills and places great importance on incorporating maritime influences such as sea air and salty breezes that shape the character of the whiskies.
