Apple fruit and malty sweetness combine with vanilla and fragrant oak. Cooked and green apple reveal different facets of the fruit character, while cinnamon and nutmeg add spice. Caramelised nuts and dried apricot emerge in the finish.

Destilerías Acha uses water from the headwaters of the Nervión for Haran. Alongside maturation in oak casks, the production of this edition includes a finishing period in cider casks.
