Its final maturation took place in octave number 12042253. This small cask format has a greater internal wood surface area relative to the volume of liquid than conventional cask sizes, which can produce a stronger wood influence in a shorter time.
Grapes, apricot jam, plum and butterscotch meet salty, olive-like and spicy accents. Duncan Taylor bottled the whisky in 2024 as a Germany Exclusive for the German market. The edition comprises just 90 individually numbered bottles at 55.2% alcohol. It is non-chill-filtered, contains no colouring and comes in a presentation tube.
