Special features: The Virginia Distillery Courage & Conviction American Single Malt Cuvee Cask is made from 100% malted barley and ages for at least four years in specially treated European red wine casks, called Cuvee Casks. These casks undergo a 'Shave, Toast, Re-char' process that promotes flavors like caramel and toffee. The whisky is bottled at cask strength and is not chill-filtered. Production takes place entirely on-site in Lovingston, Virginia.
