With a cask strength of 59.4% vol. and a limited edition of 348 bottles, this whiskey presents itself in its purest form: not chill-filtered and without colorings.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Inviting aromas of vanilla, hay, oak wood, spices, pepper, tobacco, marzipan, berries, honey, cotton candy, and apricot, accompanied by a light herbal note.
• Palate: Strong and oily with notes of oak wood, spices, herbs, dark chocolate, pleasant sweetness, fruitiness, and honey, with a subtle herbal spiciness.
• Finish: Long-lasting, warm, and woody with a hint of fruitiness, honey, spices, a slight bitterness, leather, and a subtle herbal note.

Distillery/Bottler: The Dingle Distillery, founded in 2012, is located on the Dingle Peninsula in the southwest of Ireland. Amidst the maritime microclimate, the independent distillery produces only four casks daily, emphasizing the quality and craftsmanship of its whiskeys.
