It is produced by Inis Tine Uisce Teoranta in Westport, County Mayo, Ireland. This whiskey is characterized by its natural color and the fact that it is not chill-filtered. The maturation takes place in heavily charred bourbon barrels, which gives it a special note and harmoniously rounds off the flavors.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: On the nose, intense coffee aromas are present, accompanied by fine sweetness from bourbon vanilla and nuances of roasted wheat. Aromas of chocolatey coffee, caramel, juicy apples, grapes, and oak spice complete the scent profile.
