Released in 2024, Flor was Roe & Co’s first permanently available single grain whiskey. This 14-year-old Irish whiskey was finished in selected Fino and Amontillado sherry casks. It is bottled at 46% without chill filtration.

Diageo introduced Roe & Co as an Irish whiskey brand in 2017. It recalls George Roe, whose Thomas Street distillery was among Ireland’s largest in the 19th century, covering 17 acres. The historic distillery closed in 1926. Since 2019, the present-day Roe & Co distillery has occupied a converted former Guinness power station in Dublin, where it houses copper stills. Flor’s age places its distillation before this distillery opened.
