Special Features:
A rum cask finish gives this five-year-old single malt from West Cork Distillers its tropical fruit notes and soft sweetness. The whiskey is triple distilled and bottled at 43% without added colouring.
The spherical bottle reflects the range’s maritime concept. Its offset spout is designed to make pouring easier.
Tasting Notes:
Distillery/Bottler:
West Cork Distillers began distilling in 2003 in a small room at the back of Den’s house. After moving to Skibbereen in 2014, the company opened a new distillery on Marsh Road in 2020. As the business grew, the team built some of its distilling equipment itself. The site now also houses cask storage and bottling facilities.
