Special features: The Tenjaku Pure Malt Whisky is made from 100% malted barley and is double distilled in copper pot stills. The spring water used comes from 250 meters deep below the Misaka Mountains in the Fuji Basin and is filtered through volcanic rock, giving the whisky a smooth texture and balanced mineralization. It is aged in heavily charred Kentucky bourbon barrels, which impart the whisky's characteristic aromas and golden color.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Aromas of white pepper and mustard seeds, accompanied by earthy notes and hints of root vegetables. Over time, a slight bitterness develops.
• Palate: Light to medium-bodied with dominant notes of black and white pepper, vanilla, and honey. Nuances of nuts and ginger complement the flavor profile. The whisky presents itself young and somewhat rough.
• Finish: Short with hints of maple syrup and roasted caramel.
