After 30 years of maturation in these casks, the whisky presents itself in a deep golden color and captivates with its complex aromas. With a release of only 5,200 bottles, it is a coveted collector's item for connoisseurs and enthusiasts.

Distillery/Bottler: The Glengoyne Distillery, founded in 1833, is beautifully situated at the foot of the Dumgoyne hills in the Scottish Highlands. Known for its traditional production method, where the malt is exclusively dried with warm air, Glengoyne avoids the use of peat, thus producing a particularly subtle and complex whisky. The slow distillation in traditional copper pot stills and the maturation in selected sherry casks significantly contribute to the unique character of their bottlings.
