Special features: Kilchoman Sanaig is one of the signature single malts from this young Islay distillery. Maturation takes place in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, giving this whisky a perfect balance between fruity and sweet notes. It is bottled in its original form, without chill filtration or added color, thus preserving its natural texture and color.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Fresh sea breeze paired with malty sweetness, accompanied by notes of ripe apples and a subtle sherry note.
• Palate: Powerful with aromas of vanilla, honey and a pleasant peat note, complemented by a fine spice.
• Finish: Long-lasting, warm, with a hint of smoke and light oak.

Distillery/Bottler: Kilchoman was founded in 2005 on the Scottish island of Islay and is considered one of the most authentic Islay distilleries thanks to its traditional production methods and complete on-site production chain.
