Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Full-bodied and profound with intense spice notes of black pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves, accompanied by floral accents like clove and iris as well as citrus aromas of orange peel. Over time, rye aromas increasingly emerge, complemented by spicy nuances of mustard seeds and a medicinal note of tiger balm.
• Palate: Rich and velvety with a delicate powderiness of cocoa and puffed rice, fruity hints of apricot, and herbs like verbena and sage. The flavor evolves into sweet tones of nougat and praline, balsamic notes of pine and cedar, as well as honey-sweet aromas of linden blossom and heather. A hint of eucalyptus enhances the medicinal characteristic.
• Finish: Long and balanced with a dominant grain note, accompanied by autumnal aromas like mushrooms and chestnuts as well as roasted nuances of coffee and milky tones of almonds and coconut. In the retro-nasal, subtle hints of cocoa powder, grated ginger, and noble spices like cinnamon and nutmeg can be found.
